One of the Best! Location was excellent. Staff is the best. I originally came for two nights and ended up staying there for 12 nights. That is how much I loved staying there. Without any exaggeration, this is one of the best hotels' that I have ever stayed at, FYI I've been to 50 countries. Staff were very helpful! Literally everyone was at their best from day 1. I came to the front desk to ask about food delivery and I had a problem with my international number, Hazar (front desk rep) offered me his app to order food without any hesitation. He also went so far that he gave me his promo code (discount code) to use for future orders. Then Esra and Elif helped me. Then Yigitcan and Fedai became my local friends. I am leaving in two days and the Valet staff Volkan, Sercan, Altug, Alican they all hugged me yesterday. Honestly, they all became my family in Istanbul. I have to come back to istanbul in 6 months and I already reserved my room. Rooms are big, bright, and I have everything that I need. Rooms also have kitchenettes and big bathrooms. Housekeeping is also the best, they spoiled me with all the water. Oh I almost forgot, Samet the Bartender was the best. Samet was very polite and helpful. Last night he and I talked for about three hours. I gained friends here. Manager Ezel was excellent, she assisted me every time with a big smile on her face. My stay never was interrupted. Prices were really affordable. Location was great. My room was tidy and very clean. I appreciate all of the staff. I love you all and see you soon my friends! Sincerely,

“A Very Pleasant Surprise”

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. We normally stay at Marriott Asia but with two weeks we decided on the Residence Inn. The room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. We normally stay at Marriott Asia but with two weeks we decided on the Residence Inn. The room was spacious and well appointed. Everything worked well and the hotel is close to neighborhood restaurants. While not within easy walking distance of the metro, buses run frequently and taxis are easy to find and inexpensive. The staff were amazing and bent over backwards to help. We will be back again. Soon we hope

“Disappointed”

It was a good stay and friendly staff! But unfortunately I left my AirPods in the room, I messaged them to which they said they’d speak to their manager to sort it as I said I’d of course pay the postage fee. They are now not responding to me which has really changed my opinion towards this hotel. … lisää

But unfortunately I left my AirPods in the room, I messaged them to which they said they’d speak to their manager to sort it as I said I’d of course pay the postage fee. They are now not responding to me which has really changed my opinion towards this hotel. I have asked for the managers details but as i said I was ignored, so if the manager sees this can you please help with my query. I know things like this happen and it’s just human error but I find it strange that I’m now having no response. I also sent a screenshot of proof that my earphones are still there as I can see them on find my iPhone.
