The Hotel Bosnali is a lovely boutique hotel in a restored 19th century mansion. The hotel maintains the character and charm of the Ottoman building but rooms have been updated with 21st century amenities (like TV, great bathrooms with nice bath products and hair dryers, AC and wi-fi). My parents were upgraded to a deluxe room (room 106) which was a very good size and had a nice sitting area. The hotel had free wi-fi but it wasn't working in the rooms - we had to go into the lobby (or just outside our rooms) to connect. They provided two free bottles of water in each room which was very nice (and it was very clear they were free). They also provided complimentary slippers which were lovely! There are a few parking spots at the hotel: hotel staff will help you park. The hotel has a lovely terrace where you can have dinner in the evening. The terrace looks out on the Seyhan river, the Stone Bridge and the Sabanci Merkez Mosque. The food was excellent: we ate Adana kebab in addition to an excellent salad and a couple of mezes. I was also very impressed with breakfast which was served on the ground floor. Instead of a breakfast buffet, a waiter delivers an astounding number of small plates to your table. Food included a great bread basket, fresh jams, olives, tomatoes and cucumbers, cheeses, sausage, sigara boregi and eggs to order. The hotel seems to be centrally located (close to the river and the Sabanci Merkez camii) but it is right on a major street and is really the only historic building on the block. There is a park across the busy street that runs along the river front. Overall we were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Bosnali.

“Nice hotel at the coast of Seyhan Rivee”

Hotel Bosnali was located in an old style building at the coast of Seyhan River. Our double room was nice . The bathroom was beautiful. The view over the backyard was not pleasant. The breakfast was average.

This overpriced so-called boutique hotel with its collections of porcelain and “objets d’art” has been cheaply refurbished and is certainly not worth the price it charges, even if you get a good deal on an app. Cons There was no safe in the bedroom. This overpriced so-called boutique hotel with its collections of porcelain and “objets d’art” has been cheaply refurbished and is certainly not worth the price it charges, even if you get a good deal on an app. Cons There was no safe in the bedroom. The noise of voices in the small central lobby and the clatter of footsteps on the cheap thin nylon carpets on the stairs resound in the bedrooms with their thin wooden doors, often late at night when guests arrive back late or when there are receptions in the lobby and in the roof. If you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. WiFi can be poor in some rooms with their old thick walls. My bathroom had poorly patched plaster work and a leaky shower and the cheap thin nylon carpet was horrible to walk on. There were only three clothes wardrobe hangers which could not be removed. Pros My room was beautifully cleaned by a lovely local Turkish lady. The shower and a/c were powerful though water not very hot. The bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast is imaginative and delicious with a whole array of dishes brought to the table by really lovely warm friendly staff. Reception staff are reserved but helpful.
