I had a wonderful stay at Seralake Hotel! The place was very clean, and the service was excellent. The view was absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was very spacious, extremely comfortable, and had everything I could possibly need — nothing was missing! A special thanks to Wisam, one of the staff members who works as a receptionist. She was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help — she truly made our stay even better! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trabzon. Would definitely stay here again!

“Beautiful view and relaxing stay”

Nice place to relax, good massage, average food, nice staff. Big rooms, with nice balcony, fantastic view of the lake. Relaxing place, not so many activities to do. Little difficult to arrive too, collateral Road.

The hotel was located in a very peaceful and beautiful area, near Lake Sera, which was truly amazing for relaxation. Both during the day and night, the view was stunning, and the sound of birds was delightful. The hotel room was good, spacious, and had decent amenities. However, the room service was absolutely terrible. We requested room service for two days, and no one ever came to our room. Even when we told the reception, they just apologized! As a result, we didn't have tea or coffee in our room, and when we asked the reception, they said it was out of stock. Even though they had clean towels, they didn’t give us any! I even had to take the slippers myself from the hotel’s storage because ours were dirty. I’m really disappointed with their customer service. About breakfast—it was good and delicious, available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. However, when we went after 9:30 AM, many things, like simit (Turkish bagel), were finished. When we asked them to refill, they simply said, "It's finished, and we can't provide more." There were not enough glasses either! One day, I had to drink my juice in a tea cup 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️. Sometimes, their plates even had stains. If you only care about the view and peaceful atmosphere, this hotel is a great choice. But if you also value good service, I think you can find better options!

I booked a room at this hotel mostly because of amazing sea and lake view. I liked it, also appreciate hotel spa, they have specialist from Bali. That’s all. Hotel rooms need renovation , also rooms are not properly cleaned , especially bathroom area. Very uncomfortable shower area and poor breakfa… lisää
