“Very good location, staff”

I find it very good location near Midan, my usual choice before I go back home, near by old city shopping. Mr. Abu Ahmed is an amaizing man, always there, nice words, smile and arraingment. The staff, Zainab, Auguz, and others are very helpfull. Need more lifts, but the breakfast menu is very good.

It has a 5 star service. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is located in the city center and provides access to all that would be needed. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

Coming from Batumi, it was walking distance to where the bus dropped us off. Quite a central location. Coming from Batumi, it was walking distance to where the bus dropped us off. Quite a central location. Staff was nice & friendly - especially the Iraqi gentleman that we had the pleasure to meet just as we were leaving who runs the place. The breakfast selection contained MANY healthy options - lots of fresh veggies, cheeses, olives, omlette etc. Within walking distance to the coast too. They don't offer dinner but the place is surrounded with all sorts of restaurants. It is right where the main roads are that are full of shops. The big tip: Not all hotels in Trabzon welcome unmarried couples who share the same room, so do read the fine print when booking in this city. This hotel is open to all. Downside - it was a little noisy for us as our room faced the road.

The second day of our stay, the hotel's staff moved our baggage from our room to another one under the pretext our room is reserved for a client, they didn't contact us, they simply entered our room, and took our stuff to another one. they broke the international hotel's rules with this move, no pr… lisää

The second day of our stay, the hotel's staff moved our baggage from our room to another one under the pretext our room is reserved for a client, they didn't contact us, they simply entered our room, and took our stuff to another one. they broke the international hotel's rules with this move, no privacy at all. the hotel manager was very tough, we couldn't deal with this situation since we already paid.

A relaxing hotel if you are in the nature mood, the location is a bit difficult because it passes under a bridge, but when you reach the hotel it is worth it a very quite place, you will hear only the sound of the river washing your tentions. The breakfast is fine, not much assorted, but you can ask for special eggs. If you like the rain you are at the right place, at this time usualy it refrishingly rains twice a day. With pines trees forrest it smills very nice oxygen. Try to get a room with a view on the river. Mr. Waleed and Miss Elif were very helpfull, and cheering. Relax, enjoy, have fun.
