“Great vacation in a great hotel”
We stayed for 3 nights in a short family vacation in Trabzon coming from Istanbul. We were greeted by the reception man and the nice bellman although we arrived very late. Check-in was very quick. “Good stay”
The hotel was okay. Its approximately 10 minutes away from the airport. The reception staff were so friendly. Its good for a quick stay. However, the house keeping staff weren't that good. They always forget to clean the bathroom and I have to call them to clean it. They also forget to empty the tr… lisää
