“The perfect lodge for Gorilla trekking.”
The lodge is right by one of the gates to Bwindi which was very handy. The rooms are treehouse style so all our free time was spent birdwatching in the treetops from the balcony- managed to rack up around 30 species just from the balcony! “Lovely accomodation”
We spent two nights at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge and it was the perfect starting point for our Gorilla tracking. Super friendly staff, delicious food and lovely rooms. “Gorilla trecking”
During our Gorilla trekking, we stayed in the Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge. It is a lovely place with charming people. We recommend this lodge as a starting point for the Gorillas.
