The property is gorgeous. The staff at the front desk speaks English relatively well. The staff in the Restaurant does not generally speak English, The food is great. The property is gorgeous. The staff at the front desk speaks English relatively well. The staff in the Restaurant does not generally speak English, The food is great. The wine list is solid but lacks Ukrainian wine choices. The spa has a Sauna. I would love to see massage services offered. The bed was excellent and overall I loved my stay. All the staff from housekeeping (Brought us an Iron right away) to the staff in the Spa are polite and professional, but again if you don't speak Ukrainian or Russian...not so easy to communicate. They recommended Restaurants and even another spa for a massage. Great neighborhood and I hope to return soon.

“Good place for a nice stay”

We have stayed two nights in deluxe room. The first night we have stayed in room 419. The room itself was spacious, new, with nice bath and shower. However, it shares the balcony with the next room. We have stayed two nights in deluxe room. The first night we have stayed in room 419. The room itself was spacious, new, with nice bath and shower. However, it shares the balcony with the next room. The neigbours were smoking and the smoke was filling our room. We have asked the reception and were moved to the room 318, which we have liked even more. Thank You very much, Alice, for the very friendly attitude and great help!

“Definitely worth coming back”

Park Hotel's greatest asset is its people. Their staff is extraordinarily responsive, polite, and very professional. They go a long way to accommodate your needs and preferences and you never have to wait.

“Breakfast is never ready on time, dirt, dust, and noise from never ending remodeling”

Stayed there for eight days, and although they say breakfast is served from 7:00, it was ready only once. Sometimes you cannot wait until hot dishes are ready. Stayed there for eight days, and although they say breakfast is served from 7:00, it was ready only once. Sometimes you cannot wait until hot dishes are ready. The cook comes in late, as do the waitresses. Instead of having EVERYTHING ready at seven as it is supposed to be, they just start putting out cold cuts at seven, and hot dishes come some time later when you have to go to work, which is outrageous. There is a major remodeling work going in, resulting in a lot of noice and dirt.
