This is, hands down, the best place to stay in all the Zaporozhye region. My wife and I have have stayed here before, but it had been a few years. With all the changes in 2020, we wondered what to expect at Khortitsa Palace. We were delighted to find out that it is just as wonderful a hotel as ever. Our room was spotlessly clean with the incredible view of the Dnepr River, Khortitsa Island, and the Zaporozhye cityscape. And I love the pillow-top mattresses on the beds - so comfortable! The breakfast was just as delicious as ever, and we also enjoyed all the extras (even the well-equipped exercise room, fast wifi, relaxing lounge area and restaurant, etc). And the staff, as always, were so friendly, helpful, and responsive to any requests we had. It is so nice to see that some good things never change! We're looking forward to our next stay!

“Top hotel ”

We recently visited this hotel which offers great services, include excellent spa, bar and complimentary breakfast options. We recently visited this hotel which offers great services, include excellent spa, bar and complimentary breakfast options. The hotel is located 10-15 min from downtown, however, there are stores and restaurants around it. The view from the top of the hill is amazing. The restaurant under the pedestrian bridge 5 min away was superb.

“Beautiful view from the topfloor, and otherswith a sit out balcony over looking the famous Dnieper, river”

This was our first visit to this city and country of Ukraine. Every arrangement was made by our future daughter in law who is from this town and country. The room was nice and Spacious, clean drapes, 2 seater sofa and a single chair sofa in a separate area. Adequate amount of small tables completed… lisää

This was our first visit to this city and country of Ukraine. Every arrangement was made by our future daughter in law who is from this town and country. The room was nice and Spacious, clean drapes, 2 seater sofa and a single chair sofa in a separate area. Adequate amount of small tables completed the suite. A small fridge, coffee /tea maker, complimentary bottles of water were supplied. The housekeeping staff was obliging and friendly. Breakfast was included and one could order oatmeal the way one wanted it, eggs could be ordered as well of one's choice. local pastries and others for the sweet-toothed. The hotel was clean and we definitely will stay there again. Wifi, TV large double bed, underground parking

“price-performance ratio is wrong”

The price-performance ratio is not correct. The night for 4580 UAH is definitely to much. The hotel is 10 years old, but it seemed it's 20 years old. The price level is generally to much for Zaporozhye. The breakfast buffet is good (quality and choice). The quality of restaurant is also good, but… lisää

The price-performance ratio is not correct. The night for 4580 UAH is definitely to much. The hotel is 10 years old, but it seemed it's 20 years old. The price level is generally to much for Zaporozhye. The breakfast buffet is good (quality and choice). The quality of restaurant is also good, but I ordered for diiner a 'Grilled beef medallions', which is served without any besides like vegetables or potatoes. Only two pieces of beef medallions. I didn't know that this is typical in Ukrainian kitchen to order besides. The main negative impression is the cleanliness of the hotel/room (for this price level).
