My husband and I recently spent a weekend at the Anna Grand Hotel, and it turned into exactly the kind of little escape we’d been hoping for. There was something instantly welcoming about the place — calm, tasteful, and pleasantly unhurried. What we appreciated most was the atmosphere. Nothing felt rushed or crowded. The staff had a gentle, genuine way of taking care of guests, and it made us feel wonderfully looked after without ever being intrusive. Our room was bright, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. We loved waking up to the quiet morning light and enjoying a slow start to the day. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was a lovely experience. We could sit, chat, sip our coffee, and enjoy the variety without feeling like we had to hurry anywhere. It set the tone for both days perfectly. And the location couldn’t have suited us better — charming surroundings, easy walks, and plenty to explore, yet the hotel itself remained a peaceful retreat. By the time we left, we both felt refreshed and very happy with our choice. We would gladly return, and I would warmly recommend the Anna Grand Hotel to anyone in need of a pleasant, relaxing weekend away.

Balatonfüred is an amazingly beautiful city and the hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, style, and professionalism. The staff were consistently helpful, welcoming and extremely kind, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. My room was quiet, well-equipped, and ideal for getting work done or relaxing after a long day. The hotel’s historic charm adds a unique atmosphere, while all modern amenities are readily available. The breakfast selection was generous and high-quality, giving me a great start to each day. I also appreciated the calm wellness area — a wonderful way to recharge between meetings. Overall, the Anna Grand Hotel provided a reliable and uplifting environment for business travel. “Wonderful stay!”

We really enjoyed our one night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We were greeted very warmly at reception and offered a glass of champagne. Always a nice touch. We really enjoyed our one night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We were greeted very warmly at reception and offered a glass of champagne. Always a nice touch. The hotel is beautiful, very modern, and elegant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food at both the cafe and the restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many great options to choose from. The jacuzzi pool was wonderful with full body jets that gave you a full body massage. My only regret was I didn't have more time to enjoy it. We had an issue getting a taxi to the train station, and one of the hotel employees (I forgot his name, a nice young gentleman) drove us to the train station. Now that is great service!

The hotel strikes a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern comfort, located in a stunning 19th-century building surrounded by historic charm. The Lake Balaton shore is just a one-minute walk away, and the hotel’s café terrace is a true oasis of peace and relaxation. The cuisine is excellent – with a rich and varied breakfast and a first-class dinner every evening. Every meal was a delight. The staff are exceptionally kind and courteous, always ready to help with a smile. This was a truly unforgettable getaway.
