A beautiful small hotel located in heart of Austrian Alps. If you are looking for quite place to relax and enjoy walks in the mountain in a beautiful scenery this is place for you. Friendly staff and great Home made food.

Fabulous view of the valley from our balcony. Excellent staff, good food and very nice room. Location is perfect and excellent value for money. Fabulous view of the valley from our balcony. Excellent staff, good food and very nice room. Location is perfect and excellent value for money. If we had known how good it was then we would have stayed longer. A return trip is scheduled. The WiFi in the room was very weak and dropped out every few minutes. We had smokers on the balcony in the next room and we had to close our balcony window and door. Lots of flies but no fly screens so it was warm in the room without air conditioning and windows closed. Curtains were not black out so light outside kept us awake and early sunrise meant no sleep in.

“Surprising!”

We were here for 4 skiing days in the middle of March 2015.We came here to successfully end 14/15 skiing .Except for the first day, when we had some snow, the other 3 days were exquisite , with perfect weather conditions, superbly prepaired pistes. We were here for 4 skiing days in the middle of March 2015.We came here to successfully end 14/15 skiing .Except for the first day, when we had some snow, the other 3 days were exquisite , with perfect weather conditions, superbly prepaired pistes. The hotel is lovely, very clean, right in front of the ski lift, not far from the Grossarl's center.We liked our room, equiped in Alpine style furniture, freshly refurbished in 2012.The only amenity we missed in our room, was minibar.The wellness in the hotel is nicely done, but there is no pool though. There is a public pool within walking distance. Breakfast variety was very satifactory, dinners were served, well prepaired and tasty. The staff were really friendly and helpfull.We will certainly come back and recommend it to our friends.

“Nice Hotel”

Stayed a week at this hotel and have no complaints. The room was nice, breakfast was good if you got there early, otherwise the eggs were cold. Stayed a week at this hotel and have no complaints. The room was nice, breakfast was good if you got there early, otherwise the eggs were cold. Evening meals were OK with not that inspiring a selection. I took a week package which was great value for a solo traveler. Position, while not quite in town, is good and an easy walk will get you to the center. Next door to the cable car is also a bonus in winter. Perhaps because is was at the beginning of the summer season, the hotel felt like it was not fully functioning. The bar, which is in the restaurant was not fully attended and everything was being 'shut down' by about 21.00 so you didn't feel like sitting at the bar to have a drink. All in all a good experience and would recommend this hotel to all.
