Definitely the best hotel in Uruguay. I am a local and have stayed at many hotels in the country and this one is by far the best one. The location is excellent to relax as it's literally in the middle of the countryside. The route arriving to the hotel is very bad but fortunately, as of August 2022, they have just started fixing it. We did almost every activity offered by the hotel: pool games, cinema, horseback riding and biking. They were excellent! The food is amazing. Usually buffets don't serve good quality food but in this hotel it was superb. I am a chef and i was very critical with the food but i couldn't find any problem. I will definitely go back!

Fortunately I got a very good offer as a birthday present so I have booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. This is the first experience of all inclusive in Uruguay and it was worth it!!!!! Fortunately I got a very good offer as a birthday present so I have booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. This is the first experience of all inclusive in Uruguay and it was worth it!!!!! We have been in Spain, Turkey befire so we have a pretty good idea what this concept means. -Everyone was smiling and saluting - Very nice diversity of parilla ( meat on the grill) -The main chef was very nice and giving the fod as we asked ( we like for example well cooked the omlette or pancakes) - Our boy's wish to go wtih tirolesa ( a kids activity) appeared in our last full day if the hotel so he could enjoy it - so they listen and adjust their program also - We are very much on time regarding the eating time and the food was ready - They really try to entertain you and offer a very nice service for the money and from our perspective they did their best For sure we will come another time and we are warmly recomending this place for a nice escape from the daily rutine if you live in Uruguay, specially in the cold season here.

The resort is beautiful ! Lots of entertainment available, which is great as its located remove but in a beautiful national parc. A little dissapointed that the jeep tour is not available anymore. However we got to meet Jhonathan, the manager of the animatie team! He and his team definitly exceeded our expectations. Having a team member from the animation team to join us 3 play padel, to getting glue deliverd up to our room for reparing glasses, signing in for activities via WhatsApp and having a team ready to prepare my catering order at 5 am. We left absolutely amazed and happy, with a thermos for coffee on the road. Next level service ! Thanks to all the team members and a special thanks to Jonathan for going the extra mile. “Fake 5 stars.”

It is not a 5 star hotel. From the maintenance of the facilities, food and amenities is for a 3 or 4. First I was given a room that lacked maintenance and overlooked a wall. It is not a 5 star hotel. From the maintenance of the facilities, food and amenities is for a 3 or 4. First I was given a room that lacked maintenance and overlooked a wall. The corridor from the lobby to the wing I was in had no air. The worst thing was to see that while the kids and people were in the pools, the maintenance people were fixing the jacuzzi with a power cord that passed between the pools. Safety and common sense 0.
