“Excellent Stay”
The hotel was awesome but I would like to brag about our valet service, her name was Ariell and she was always there to help with anything she could even if it was nothing but opening the door for you. All of the staff was excellent

“Friendly, helpful valets”
Normally don’t like to use valet parking, but in this case Ariel and the other attendant made it a pleasant experience. Great service from all the staff at Hotel Indigo in Birmingham.

“Awesome staff”
Traveled for an overnight stay. Older property and some quirks but thanks to the staff, especially Sharykia, great stay. She’s super sweet and kind.
