“Good service good location in Fairbanks”

We only stayed at the Marriott in Fairbanks one night but everything was well managed. They picked us up from the airport. The room was not new but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location

The location was great, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. The staff was very helpful. Both of our stays were excellent in every way. The only thing I like to see is a second grab bar to make it easier to get in and out of the tub for senior citizens.

The location was great. Did not need a color to get around to do just about anything. Them walking in distance of the culture center and other attractions. The location was great. Did not need a color to get around to do just about anything. Them walking in distance of the culture center and other attractions. Great food at every restaurant near the hotel (except Mexican). The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff at the front desk with the exception of Janelle, who has no business being in the hospitality business, were excellent. She was the only disappointment during our stay. She should NOT be dealing with the public. She does not understand the term hospitality! However, Kathy, Leslie, and Johnny at the front desk, were all wonderful. Also, Alex, the maintenance person, was amazing. He fixed our TV in the middle of the night.
