“Crowded the cruisers”

The room was adequate. A ceiling fan is the the cooling system. We were there two nights and the coffee packages were never replaced. Nice dining room and bar. The staff does a great job dealing with a lot of people signed up for the excursions.

Got into our accommodation late afternoon after a full day's travel. Got into our accommodation late afternoon after a full day's travel. First impression was the room was huge with a separate lounge room, large bathroom, two flat screens and located at the furthest point of the property it was quiet & peaceful. The onsite shuttle buses did a great job and were plentiful when needed. My only complaint was the lack of a bathmat, a real safety issue in my eyes so a towel is sacrificed and no room fridge. The staff were mostly very friendly and were pleasant to deal with, but the place was very busy, so bookings were required to dine. As we got in late that was a bit hard to organize, hence our encounter with Subway, yuck! A good place to stay to explore Denali NP & P and we spent 3 great nights & relaxed.

“Holland America hotel stay”

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very organized at getting people on the correct shuttles. The lobby area is nice but the rooms themselves are very dated: torn furniture, peeling wallpaper, low water pressure. Was ok for 1 night stay.

“Close to Denali and Good Logistics”

We did a three night stay prior to our Holland America cruise. Comfortable but no refrigerator or in-room safe. Bathroom had heated floor which was a treat. Food was pricey but not unexpectedly so. We did a three night stay prior to our Holland America cruise. Comfortable but no refrigerator or in-room safe. Bathroom had heated floor which was a treat. Food was pricey but not unexpectedly so. Olivia at the Canyon Ridge Grill provided excellent service. We did not purchase the meal plan through HA and that worked out well for us. There is a shuttle to Denali Park that leaves every 30 minutes or so. The included Tundra Wilderness Tour was informative and we saw moose, carribo Dall sheep, snowshoe hares and Artic squirels. The lodge has a shuttle service but we walked. We were in Ridge View building which was easy access to the Denali Square and not too far from main lobby.
