We spent four nights at this hotel and, I have to say, we had an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean and very well stocked. My husband is a serious coffee drinker and the ladies at the front desk were always very accommodating with supplying more Keurig pods! All of the employees were very friendly, but one person really stood out... and that is Kenny. Kenny worked in the dining room for three of the mornings we were there. He was so polite; he remembered us every morning. He was constantly checking the breakfast items and restocking/refilling everything as needed. I don't think we ever saw him sit down or take a break. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a short or longer term stay.

“Great staff”

Location is great . Busy intersection with plenty of restaurants. Rooms were clean and staff was outstanding and trust worthy . Bar and restaurant will be added soon which would make a nice leisure area. Food I had was good thanks to Kevin and Kim for doing the extra mile . I really appreciate it.… lisää

“Excellent customer service.”

I was very impressed by the staff at this hotel. I foolishly did not note the check-in time when I booked my stay, and arrived 3 hours before my room was supposed to be ready. Thankfully, when I called the front desk the manager was Camila, who quickly arranged for my wife and I to check into a ne… lisää

I was very impressed by the staff at this hotel. I foolishly did not note the check-in time when I booked my stay, and arrived 3 hours before my room was supposed to be ready. Thankfully, when I called the front desk the manager was Camila, who quickly arranged for my wife and I to check into a newly cleaned suite within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, our rooms smelled faintly of tobacco smoke, even after we ran the AC for an hour. Once again, Camila patiently listened to my concerns and quickly accomodated my request to relocate, and within 3 minutes I moved across the corridor into a spotless and odorless suite.

kim, Cam, and the newest addition Breanna are GREAT! They take good care of me. It’s always a great stay. They always make it feel like home.
