“GREAT STAFF AND HOTEL!”

Stayed here for 18 nights due to fire in our home. This was a wonderful retreat for my wife and I after being displaced. Staff was extraordinarily courteous, helpful, kind and responsive. Stayed here for 18 nights due to fire in our home. This was a wonderful retreat for my wife and I after being displaced. Staff was extraordinarily courteous, helpful, kind and responsive. Everyone from front desk, housekeeping, grounds, food service etc. Shauna(sp), Dawn, Shy, AJ, Laura, all staff, can’t remember all the names! Hotel was clean, there was a variety of breakfast items to choose from everyday , along with 24/7 hot coffee! The grounds are very well kept, nice places to relax outside and beautiful pool! We didn’t want to leave even though our new house was ready! Thank you for a welcome, comfortable, clean place to hunker down. Too nice to leave!

“TERRIFIC PLACE TO STAY”

Hotel was very clean, atmosphere seemed cross between resort experience and hotel, our suite was very comfortable for our 19 day stay ( due to being displaced from our fire damaged home), dishwasher, fridge, dinner water provded. Hotel was very clean, atmosphere seemed cross between resort experience and hotel, our suite was very comfortable for our 19 day stay ( due to being displaced from our fire damaged home), dishwasher, fridge, dinner water provded. Noise level was minimal even when teen league families were there. Enjoyed the breakfast included everyday, excellent coffee 24/7. Can’t say enough about the staff!!! There to help, friendly, made us feel at home. Nice laundry and fitness center. Beautiful pool and outdoor patio areas to relax.

“Servant at Heart”

My family overslept and missed breakfast hours. An employee saw me looking around the breakfast area that had already been cleaned up, door closed, and empty. He walked over and asked if he could help me. He then took it upon himself to go to the kitchen and bring back several plates of food to fee… lisää

My family overslept and missed breakfast hours. An employee saw me looking around the breakfast area that had already been cleaned up, door closed, and empty. He walked over and asked if he could help me. He then took it upon himself to go to the kitchen and bring back several plates of food to feed my family out of sheer kindness. Usually when breakfast buffets are over, all remaining food is eaten by the entire hotel staff. Turns out he was the assistant GM. Sean Riley is a true servant at heart and leads by example. We ended up staying extra nights due to the family atmosphere and will be returning in February. This was our first time at this hotel, but not the last!

We spent two nights at Home2 Suites Longbow while in town for our daughters wedding receipts. Even though our arrival time was very early (9:30 AM) they were able to accommodate an early morning check-in. The location was perfect as it was near the Mesa airport that we flew in to as well as the reception location. The hotel and room were very clean and we were very happy with our stay. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.
