“Ok place to spend a couple of nights”

Room was okay. Had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Liked the tile in part of the room, the rest was very old worn carpet. Nice location, felt safe there. The bed was a bit hard. There is a cafe and bakery within walking distance.

I was able to do an early check-in with no difficulty. My deposit was immediately refunded when I checked out (earlier than expected, but nothing at all to do with the accommodations). I was able to do an early check-in with no difficulty. My deposit was immediately refunded when I checked out (earlier than expected, but nothing at all to do with the accommodations). My room was clean, comfortable and well lit. To my knowledge everything was in good working order. I cannot vouch for the coffee maker because I did not try to use it. There was a crack in the bathroom sink, but it did not appear to be leaking anywhere. There was a small worn spot on the carpet right by the door.

The staff is great. The manager was effective and knowledgeable. The remodeling to the walls is complete but the plumbing, carpets and internet service really needs to be addressed in order to come up to my expectations of a TravelLodge property. The staff is great. The manager was effective and knowledgeable. The remodeling to the walls is complete but the plumbing, carpets and internet service really needs to be addressed in order to come up to my expectations of a TravelLodge property. The carpet is both threadbare and carries that 40 year old motel smell. CenturyLink has not been a viable internet provider for years. There was simply no internet service at the property. The latency so so bad that I could even test the speed.

Check-in was easy. The front desk gal was pleasant and helpful. The room was older but clean. Everything worked and it was furnished with what we needed. There was a fridge, micro and coffee maker. Check-in was easy. The front desk gal was pleasant and helpful. The room was older but clean. Everything worked and it was furnished with what we needed. There was a fridge, micro and coffee maker. We enjoyed drinking coffee in our room in the morning. Toiletry items were provided. The space felt like a little studio. We arrived in the evening and left in the early morning. We were provided with a non-smoking room. The property was well lit and a quiet location. It looks like they are trying to make improvements which would really spruce up the place and make it much more appealing to travelers. We would have paid a little more if it had been more updated. We had a family emergency...bu have stayed another night if it was necessary. We didn't see the laundry area...but that would have been a plus if we needed to use it. It looks like children stay free, as well. It's hard to complain much for the inexpensive price. I can't speak for others staying there, but our stay was fine.
