“Wonderful Fan fusion option!”
Overall great experience just wish the hotel had a pool. We stayed here for phoenix fan fusion event. And even though its 3 blocks away from the event the walk offers various food options. We left the event had dinner as well as ice cream before we got back to our hotel!

“The breakfast experience”
I go often Christina runs the buffet , she does a great job! She needs a raise she does a lot alone and owns it. Shes a great asset to your team!!

“Great downtown location”
Great downtown location if you are going to an event at the Orpheum (right across the street) or sporting event if (few blocks away walk). 15 minute drive to the airport and gas stations along the way if driving. Wish I would have just done the valet parking because the parking garage was kind of a… lisää

“Fun stay at the Hyatt place”
Great location. Clean inside and out. Great valet and loading parking. Breakfast was on point. Staff was near and ready for anyone's needs.

“Won't be my go-to hotel for any other event in Phoenix.”
Location for downtown events is great. The building seemed tired and staff seemed irritated to be bothered by guests. Definitely needs a revamp with customer service highlighted in trainings. The cost of food was high but the quality low.
