“No Coffee”

Beautiful room in a nice neighborhood, but no dead bolts on the doors and NO COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM. also none in the check-in area. The closest coffee shop doesn’t open until 7am. This is a disaster for someone who wakes up early.

I’m giving it a three star because it’s an overall “ok” experience for the price point, the area seems safe, and the greenery on the property is beautiful. The rooms are pretty but once you take a closer look you see the sloppy build. Our bathroom door latch didn’t align with the lock at all, the shower glass door doesn’t come out far enough to stop water from getting all over the floor and one of vents was very dirty and it looked like some mold was growing on the wall above it. The most redeeming quality for this place is some of the staff, front desk associates are very sweet, bartenders at the rooftop bar (Bella) and the people behind the bar at the pool are warm, welcoming and friendly. They are getting their footing in the pool area so that was a little prickly on our end by the host stand but I think they’ll work that out, overall the staff is so kind. You have to request housekeeping which was okay, but if you need anything they’ll bring it to you. 15 dollar meal and drink credit per day also was a nice touch. They just need to focus on the quality of their rooms and maybe a hostess for the pool with access to their reservation site to take payments for people who walk up and want to enter :) Also, the email service they use to send you confirmations does not work, they use a third party service and I kept getting empty emails from them about check in / check out

“Cool mid century vibe.”

It’s very clever how the property has the vibe of modernity. Feels like a peaceful oasis with nice amenities on site.The food available is very good and nearby bookshop is great!
