Special mention to Haley, the Food and Beverage Manager for helping me plan some surprise birthday treats for my wife. Hayley was super helpful and communicative during the entire process, and always answered my many questions super quickly.

As a returning customer I’m always greeted with exceptional service. Christina and Kafette always go out of their way to make you feel at home and provide first class service. Staff of this calibre are hard to find and are a true credit to the hotel.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming. The front desk staff who checked us in were friendly and attentive, not too much, not too formal, just the right balance, which made for a very pleasant start. After checking in, we found the room to be spotless and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. Later, we went down to the bar. Although they seemed a bit short-staffed, the team still did their best, and both the food and cocktails were excellent. We truly enjoyed our time there. Breakfast at the restaurant the next morning was phenomenal. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the food was exactly what we hoped for. All in all, everything was very convenient. Having Starbucks coffee available to go in the lobby was a great touch, and we didn’t need to leave the hotel at all. The gym was the cherry on top.

“Good eating at the Mezquite Grill”

We live within walking distance and have breakfast in the Mezquite Grill regularly. Christina is our usual server and remembers our drink order. Great service! The breakfast burrito is excellent—enough for two—and the mesquite flour pancakes are also excellent.
