“Beautiful Family Trip”

Nice hotel although no pool availability. Food area is very clean, but the food quality needs improvement. Food staff is terrific!

“A Complete Package!”

This hotel turned out to be far bigger and nicer than we expected, not meaning that as any type of insult, but this place was quite grand! This hotel turned out to be far bigger and nicer than we expected, not meaning that as any type of insult, but this place was quite grand! The rooms are spotless, the entire hotel is perfectly appointed and clean. The gift shops, bar and restaurant are perfect. After a long driving day, it was greatly appreciated that we chose an all inclusive package. I've read that the little historic town of Williams is very cute, but we were just too tired to explore. We appreciated the Fred Harvey restaurant that features buffet food for both breakfast and dinner. The food is very decent, plenty of eating options including for the non-meat eaters with a very well stocked salad bar and plenty of vegetable sides to choose from. I did not explore the pasta making center, there may have been vegetarian options there, too..not sure. We enjoyed everything about our stay and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to see the Grand Canyon. Take the train, you won't regret it!

“The best summary I have is that this facility didn’t meet my expectations.”

My experience at the hotel was disappointing. Fully expected pool and fitness facilities. This is important to us when we travel. They were being remodeled and not available. Nowhere on the web site is this mentioned. I was still charged the regular room rate. We were told there was some public poo… lisää

My experience at the hotel was disappointing. Fully expected pool and fitness facilities. This is important to us when we travel. They were being remodeled and not available. Nowhere on the web site is this mentioned. I was still charged the regular room rate. We were told there was some public pool available to us in town however it was a ways away and mobility is an issue for my husband. Also very disappointed with the food and beverage selections at Spencer’s Pub and the fairly pricey Fred Harvey buffet restaurant.
