This was an enjoyable Stay. Batesville in general is a very pleasant area, and this Property is the finest in town. Located directly next to several restaurants and Walmart is nearby. The Property is newer. Outdoor Pool! Fitness Center w heavy weights. The new streaming TVs are installed..The room packages are up to date. Comfortable lobby area and, as always, most importantly: FRIENDLY STAFF! My check-in was smooth, my Requests were honored, my Status was Recognized, and I enjoyed a hassle-free late checkout. Good Stay.

“Best of the Best”

This location on Harrison street is a just turned 6 year old hotel. We were in town for a funeral and of all the hotels we stayed in, this one was by far the best. Beautiful inside, wonderfully clean, great staff, very quiet restful night, great bedding. We really had a great stay here.

The Hampton Inn in Batesville, Arkansas is clean and well kept up. The staff that we encountered were very friendly and eager to please their guests. The room was nice, comfortable and relaxing. The Hampton Inn in Batesville, Arkansas is clean and well kept up. The staff that we encountered were very friendly and eager to please their guests. The room was nice, comfortable and relaxing. Bathroom very clean and the walk in shower a good feature. The complimentary breakfast was good with numerous choices. Everything clean and presentable. With the exception of a small problem of being quoted one price when the reservation was made and on checkout having the bill raised ,everything was good. I tried to speak to the Manager 3 times about this issue but recieved no call back. Finally after being in contact with the corporate office the fairly minor issue was resolved with a refund of the discrepancy in price.

“Not willing to take care of the customer.”

The hotel was nice and also the room, but there was an issue with the room key system if you wanted to get in your room you had to get front desk staff to let you in your room. The hotel was nice and also the room, but there was an issue with the room key system if you wanted to get in your room you had to get front desk staff to let you in your room. Now for $201 a night I in the middle of a small town in Arkansas might!! You would think staff would compensate us with a discount on the room oh no.. So at check out I asked about it and I was told that no manager was there to talk to. I asked to be called when they figured out what they were going to do for me. Which you have a hotel compute issue and no manager at 9 am on a Saturday morning. I call on Monday morning and I was told I would be called back in an hour. Monday afternoon at 2:35 pm to be exact I was emailed and said I was given 3k Hilton Honors points on my account. In the account there was a cell home number so I called it. Stephanie was her name and she said I wasn’t not inconvenienced and that I was the only one who complained. Well shame on others for paying to stay and not saying nothing. I paid with my Credit Card not points so a 3k points was like not doing anything for me due to it cost 45 to 50K points to stay one night. I was then told I was being rude when I kept asking that’s all your going to do for someone that paid $201 to stay one night in the middle of Arkansas. It only cost $250 to stay in Downtown Chicago.
