“Clean comfortable and friendly”
Staff is awesome rooms are great! Anthony is the best!!! Orlando is extremely helpful! Ra is an awesome van driver. Always on time with the AC running. Rooms are cool and comfortable. And the hotel is clean and easy to navigate. Love it here!!

“Great conference hotel”
Hands down the BEST customer service that I have ever received at a hotel while attending the Southern Belle Conference over the last several days at Little Rock Airport Conference Center. “Talicia is the best!”
the reason we continue to stay at this hotel while traveling to Arkansas is Talicia in Boston, the restaurant in the hotel. She is so personable, service is exceptional, she remembers us time after time. If you stay, make sure to go in and say hello - she will make your stay worthwhile.

“Great Service”
We book this hotel because we were flying out early the next morning. Our flight changed to an earlier time and the shuttle did not run that early. We booked a taxi and it did not show. The security guard pulled his personal car up and took at to the airport. Can't complain about that kind of servi… lisää

“Standard stay”
I miss when the rooms had two entry doors. Danny was very friendly and accommodating during the overpriced breakfast. Ethan was equally helpful at the front desk.Stayed in a suite. Could not get hot water in the stained shower that was slow to drain. Outside, there were cigarette butts everywhere b… lisää
