“Great Family Experience”

The experience was wonderful overall. Nice rooms, clean and lovely hotel. Attended a graduation and the conference center was right next store. I just wanted to share with Hilton/Signai leadership the exceptional customer service that I received, in particular from Chef Yatone. We are from Chicago, staying here at the Signai for a graduation. Was not aware of the protocol for ordering food and as I was standing at the food station, one of the wait staff shared that food from this section was taking by the waitress, at that time Chef Yatone came out, stated he would take my order and then bring it over to me! The omelette I ordered was the best that I had ever had, and I am a omelette connoisseur! Not only was I impressed with the omelette, but the Chef making it to my specifications, but then bringing himself directly to me. Our experience at The Nest was great and our encounter with Chef Yatone made it phenomenal. So in rating our experience, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being least , 10 being the highest, I give you an 11! Thanks for making our trip to the ATL a memorable one and you will be HIGHLY recommend! With utmost deference, Hunter

Encountered the most helpful souls at this hotel! Between Kellen (amazing in getting a very last minute limousine service) & Brittany (extremely bright & +ve spirited front desk. It has to be the southern hospitality. In the world of recent events, it is very comforting to have experienced so much care. Would easily book this hotel for my next ATL trip (provided logistics is feasible). My hotel room was clean & great views with little to no hallway noises. Hotel is also near a metro station too, so if you're really flexible, you can take the gold metro from the airport to near the hotel.
