We stay here a few times a year, as a one night stopover on the way to & from the east coast. We’ve stayed at various hotels in the area and this Hampton Inn is one of our favorites. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The counter in the bathroom is a good size with plenty of room for everything. Front desk and other staff are pleasant and super friendly & helpful. Breakfast has cold and hot options: -eggs, sausage, potatoes, make your own waffles -grits, hard boiled eggs, yogurt -apples, cold cereal, bagels, bread, muffins etc My only complaint is the strong perfume-y scent(air freshener?) that was very noticeable when you walk into the lobby. Those are migraine triggers for me.

“AJ made our visit extra special.”

AJ is their best asset! He greeted us with such warm hospitality. Treated us and my special needs sibling with respect and kindness.

“Quiet hotel, quiet area”

Got in late, the clerk at the desk acted like I was an inconvenience. Barely spoke or even acknowledged that I was there. Was supposed to be a handicap accessible room and was not in the slightest. No handrails or bars around the toilet or in the shower. Pool was ice cold, as usual with Hampton and… lisää

Got in late, the clerk at the desk acted like I was an inconvenience. Barely spoke or even acknowledged that I was there. Was supposed to be a handicap accessible room and was not in the slightest. No handrails or bars around the toilet or in the shower. Pool was ice cold, as usual with Hampton and their indoor pools! HEAT THEM!! I’m not talking like a hot tub but, I shouldn’t be able to chill my beer in it!
