Over a year ago, I booked The Wharf for our son and now daughter-in-law’s Rehearsal Dinner ( which is within walking distance to the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge). After restaurant booking and by chance, I came across this beautiful property that has been in business for over 50 years. I immediately booked rooms & cottages for our immediate and entire extended family, then along the way added a few more reservations for friends. At the time, it seemed a little crazy to book so far in advance. However, I’m so glad that I did. A big thank you to Debbie and Maureen! Their organizational skills, patience and kindness is above and beyond! All combined: the staff, accommodations and spacious grounds, helped create the perfect family gathering and wedding week!

I was at the Falmouth Motor Lodge last week. My friends and I had a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful and everything is so clean. The suite we stayed in was so comfortable and immaculate. The women at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. I have stayed there the last two years, and hope to stay there in the future. One of the best places to stay in Falmouth, and the location is close to beach, ferry and restaurants.

“Mom & Pop …. Pros & Cons”

Mom & Pop place, not a chain - so lots of pros and cons with that - very friendly desk personnel - Room was good - we opted for main lodge (cheapest room) and it was fine —- room had some extra space in it so we didn’t feel too cramped - bed was good -flannel sheets to make it warm and cozy - tv… lisää

Mom & Pop place, not a chain - so lots of pros and cons with that - very friendly desk personnel - Room was good - we opted for main lodge (cheapest room) and it was fine —- room had some extra space in it so we didn’t feel too cramped - bed was good -flannel sheets to make it warm and cozy - tv could have been bigger (but that’s nitpicking) - our only 2 complaints would be the Wi-Fi leaving something to be desired and the ather being the bathroom - be prepared for cruise ship cabin sized bathroom with the lowest toilet I’ve seen since second grade (and although that might sound funny, if you have mobility issues, it could be a concern). …. Otherwise quiet, safe and clean which is usually the most important qualities
