“Clean, comfortable, and convenient”
I have stayed in several Hampton Inns, and this is one of the nicer ones. My room was very clean, staff was very friendly, the lobby/common area was stylish. The location is great! The cute downtown area is right outside the front door. Easy parking and a short drive to the university.

“Works just fine”
Better than average Hampton Inn. Great locale within walking distance to downtown. Nature trail adjacent the river just outside the front door. Clean common areas and rooms. Friendly staff. Pricing was a bit high. There was mention of a parking fee. I never paid it.

“Excellent hotel -EXCEPT for the parking fee”
This is a very nice hotel with comfy rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is outstanding. I love the location overlooking bustling, lively downtown Cedar Falls. But, I deducted one star in protest of the $15 nightly charge to park in the open, ungated lot next to the hotel. This fee was not disc… lisää

“Friendly staff, needs some repairs”
We've stayed here a few times. The location is awesome right downtown Cedar Falls. The staff is super friendly and will bend over backward to help you. It is showing some noticeable wear and tear and needs a deep clean and paint and repairs. Dings and dents in the walls are evident as well as dir… lisää
