Location was perfect- you could get to Sullivan’s and IOP easily. We always rent and air Bnb or VRBO condo at the beach. Location was perfect- you could get to Sullivan’s and IOP easily. We always rent and air Bnb or VRBO condo at the beach. We decided to stay at a hotel because less maintenance we have to do upon check out. We stayed 3 nights and the hotel cleaned while we were away every day! Clean, smelled good, pool was an added bonus. We are so glad we decided to try something new- and we visit Charleston a lot. Can’t wait to stay here next time. Convenient, and friendly! Shout out to housekeeping, place was spotless! As an owner of a cleaning company- I appreciate it when the housekeeping is exceptional!

“Nice, Clean and comfortable.”

“Nice Place”

This could have been an excellent review but unfortunately, Sydney, was as unpleasant as she could be when we arrived for check in. The hotel was great, but the greeting was awful. She just said, "Hello, last name?" in the most unwelcoming tone. Little Miss "Sunshine" changed my opinion as we left … lisää

She just said, "Hello, last name?" in the most unwelcoming tone. Little Miss "Sunshine" changed my opinion as we left with her sweet and caring personality.

“Daily unwanted texts at 8:30 AM”

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. On the positive side, we found the property to be clean, and we especially enjoyed the fitness center. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by the hotel's decision to text us EVERY MORNING at 8:30 AM. I work long hours and have only one day off each week, so being awakened at 8:30 AM by a non-urgent text from the hotel was frustrating and, in my opinion, inappropriate. I am not sure who thought that was an acceptable practice (it's not), but it significantly detracted from our stay. I also requested that a manager contact me to discuss the matter, but I never received a response. That lack of follow-up was disappointing and fell short of the level of customer service I would have expected.
