I booked this hotel site unseen, but was so pleasantly surprised! I never expect much from hotels that are close to the airport, but this one was really, really nice. It was extremely clean. I booked this hotel site unseen, but was so pleasantly surprised! I never expect much from hotels that are close to the airport, but this one was really, really nice. It was extremely clean. The night staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I can’t say so much for the morning staff. Luis was standing within 2 feet of me when I got coffee and he didn’t even look up even though I said good morning. And the guy that checked me out with his hat backwards and all the jewelry was just doing what was necessary with no smiles or friendliness. Those were my only complaints. Good beds, good pillows, very clean. It seems to be the place that all of the pilots and flight attendant day. I saw many of them there.

“Traveler Friendly! Great place, convienent!”

This is really a great hotel for traveling. The proximity to the airport and 24 hour shuttle makes it really convienent. Rooms are always clean and beds are pretty comfy. This is really a great hotel for traveling. The proximity to the airport and 24 hour shuttle makes it really convienent. Rooms are always clean and beds are pretty comfy. Even though it's kind of inline with the CLT east runway (planes fly over quite a bit), surprisingly, can't hear it inside or in the rooms. The bar/restaurant there is good - limited menu but broad enough to cover pretty much anyone. FYI for travelers - 1) They provide paid parking, a lot safer than using the airport lots (and you can use the shuttle), 2) There is a 7-11 gas station next door so you can get snacks or whatever and conveinent to fill up when returning a rental car! and 3) when staying it's convienent to drop a rental off a day before (I typically fly out early - like 8-9am and live a good 2 hours drive away, so I rent and drop it off, get the shuttle back to the hotel the evening before the flight then grab the shuttle to the airport early).

We even sat next to people who said the same. Like us, they looked forward to Checking in and having a nice dinner without having to drive. I won’t eat there again.

“Motel with a lot of +. Parking and breakfast are extra.”

Very nice stay ,everyone was nice, but this is my first time ever I had to pay $22 for two nights to park in the motel parking lot. We got up Saturday and went to the breakfast bar.
