As part of our journey traveling across the country and visiting all 57 U.S. National Parks, we’ve stayed in more hotels than we can count – and this location stands out as one of the very best. First and foremost, the cleanliness was impeccable. There wasn’t even the slightest hint of smoke or marijuana odor – something we’ve unfortunately encountered far too often at larger chain hotels. The entire property smelled fresh and felt well-maintained from top to bottom. The attention to detail was outstanding. We were especially impressed by the protective coverings over the TV remotes – a small touch that speaks volumes about their commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. The bathroom was spotless, fully stocked, and clearly cleaned with care. Plenty of fresh towels and pillows were provided without even having to ask – something many other places could learn from. A special shoutout goes to Irene, the assistant manager, whose professionalism, warmth, and pride in her work were evident from the moment we arrived. She made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured every part of our stay exceeded expectations. Juan at the front desk was also fantastic – efficient, kind, and always ready with a smile and helpful attitude. This stay was a refreshing reminder of what great hospitality looks like. If you’re traveling through the area, don’t pass this one up – this place truly gets it right. Thank you to the team for making this a highlight of our trip!

“Decent place ”

Decent place. We're on a long road trip, so we look for economy motels that have good reviews. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom area is small, but good pressure in the shower. Decent place. We're on a long road trip, so we look for economy motels that have good reviews. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom area is small, but good pressure in the shower. The wifi works well. For breakfast, they have premade wrapped sandwiches that you heat up in the microwave. They were pretty good. They also have pastries, cereal and yogurt. It reminded me of Covid times because everything is individually wrapped. Seems like a lot of waste. The young man in charge of keeping things filled did an excellent job and he was very courteous and friendly. The woman who checked us in was friendly as well. I'd recommend staying here.

“Nice staff, clean comfortable rooms, convenient, pet friendly”

Second time to stay here for a quick overnight stop. Was in Leadville for a canine nosework competition. Did not want to drive all the way home afterwards. Alamosa is about half way. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds, bathroom in good shape. Note: run the water in the tub for a few minutes bc it comes out brown to start. After a couple of minutes the water was fine. Decent options for breakfast. Juices, coffee, oatmeal, packaged donuts, egg/sausage/cheese biscuits, yogurt, fruit, etc. Super nice staff. Pet fee $25/stay which is good compared to SO many hotels that charge by the pet & night. I travel with 2 dogs so pet fees can add a lot. Wish they had a better area for pets. Only grassy area is along the front & busy road.

“Relaxing”

Rooms are very clean, pillows are awesome!!! They are fluffy when you lie in them and fluffy the next morning. Staff is so so friendly, not in a rush to get you in a room. She asked where we were from and even spoke with my Grand Daughter. They make you feel right at home.
