Great location right in Breck Village, convenient to Main Street and overlooks Maggie Pond. Comfortable condo that had everything needed for our family of 4. Parking deck was tight but never had an issue finding spots. Pool and hot tubs are amazing - great views, plenty of clean towels, well maintained. When we needed extra sheets and blankets, service was super responsive. The staff were all wonderful, especially Caris from the art studio who my kids raved about! They were thrilled to get to glaze pottery and have it fired, and begged to go back next day to paint landscapes. Definitely an unexpected perk and best souvenirs ever! Can't wait to come back.

“Central location with easy access to lifts, restaurants, and shops”

Comfortable room with good views of the mountain and activities. We stayed for just one night. There is a full kitchen setup but we did not use it. The location is walkable to all Breckenridge activities and restaurants. Once we parked the car here (garage is adjacent, not attached) we didn't have to drive anywhere. We would stay again.

We just stayed here for one night on our way back to Denver. Our apartment on the 7th floor was lovely. There was a small kitchen, fine for snacks or breakfast. We just stayed here for one night on our way back to Denver. Our apartment on the 7th floor was lovely. There was a small kitchen, fine for snacks or breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the view was good. There was a strange layout in the shower area. The toilet within this area had a separate door, but unless you were tiny it was very difficult to shut it. (I'm not big). The pool was great, very large. Our only negative was parking. When we checked in we were told where to park, and shown a few laminated photos, which didn't mean very much to us at the time. We unloaded and then tried to find the parking area. There were no signs, and the map we were given didn't have road names. We passed the entrance and had to turn round. Someone then showed us where to go. After we had parked to couldn't use the exit, but had to get the car exit door to lift up. Again no signs telling you what to do. Not really a problem but it did waste about 20 minutes.

It's a timeshare property managed by Marriott. We had 9 rooms booked among the group of 20 people and they distributed rooms among 3 different buildings. They don't offer free parking and breakfast. Parking is $15 /car per night and it is shared with other properties in the area. Breakfast was $12/… lisää

It's a timeshare property managed by Marriott. We had 9 rooms booked among the group of 20 people and they distributed rooms among 3 different buildings. They don't offer free parking and breakfast. Parking is $15 /car per night and it is shared with other properties in the area. Breakfast was $12/pp and wasn't worth it. Their check out time is 10:00 am which I think too early for many. Front desk was okay and more like business. No member perks offered but they do offer free coffee during breakfast time only even though you don't buy breakfast package. Sofa bed mattress was of very good quality. Rooms felt little cramped with all the furniture they have. Small kitchenette in the room was really helpful. With other options available in the area, I may not book it again.
