“Great Hotel.”

I stayed here on a Monday night. Front desk lady was very nice. The room was clean, quiet, and everything worked properly in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Also it is only about seven miles to the airport. I was unable to sample the breakfast because I had to catch an early flight.

The fresh cookies are put out each evening at 6:00 p.m., but I usually miss them because I am at dinner. I would like to thank the evening desk clerk Trenae for her kindness and thoughtfulness during my stay. The fresh cookies are put out each evening at 6:00 p.m., but I usually miss them because I am at dinner. She went out of her way to bring me two chocolate chip cookies, which I greatly appreciated. That small gesture made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The only issue I encountered was that the washing machine downstairs appears to be stuck on hot water, and I suspect the water lines may be crossed.

“Solid one night stay, very clean, tasty breakfast”

I’m highly allergic to pets so chose this property for that reason to start. So many locations that say they are pet free (except for ADA only approved service animals) don’t enforce that policy as we had happen to us recently at another hotel in the Fort Worth area. I’m highly allergic to pets so chose this property for that reason to start. So many locations that say they are pet free (except for ADA only approved service animals) don’t enforce that policy as we had happen to us recently at another hotel in the Fort Worth area. Very upsetting. We were visiting the area overnight for a Saturday evening concert at Stargazers theater and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo the next morning, so we chose this property for our one night stay. Free parking, friendly front desk staff, were able yo check in earlier than 3 pm, third floor room with a window that opened, and very clean. Loved the full sized toiletries by the sink and in the shower. Also loved the walk in shower, with great hot water and decent water pressure. Next morning’s breakfast was ample and tasty, lots of choices. The usual wrapped baked items and then warm cinnamon rolls, waffles, make your own pancakes, biscuits with gravy, cheese omelets, turkey sausage, bacon. There was a fridge case with yogurts, 2 percent milk and hard boiled eggs, and a juice dispenser, not to mention apples, oranges and bananas. I’m a decaf coffee drinker and the decaf actually had decent flavor. Breakfast area was kept clean and replenished by a friendly hotel staff person. All in all, very good one night stay.
