Perfect place to stay when visiting Manitou Springs. Front desk staff nice & helpful. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great selection for the continental breakfast. Only problem was the in room coffee maker - thankfully you could get some at the front desk. It isn't an expensive place to stay so our expectations were surpassed. The others guests were quiet and respectful.

Pros:We enjoyed the quietness of the room, the air conditioner that was a consistent hum while sleeping. Parking right out front is so convenient. The pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful after a long hike. The staff was very nice and helpful in every way. Cons: the office is only open until 10:30 PM. I… lisää

Pros:We enjoyed the quietness of the room, the air conditioner that was a consistent hum while sleeping. Parking right out front is so convenient. The pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful after a long hike. The staff was very nice and helpful in every way. Cons: the office is only open until 10:30 PM. If you book through anyone but the hotel, they cannot reach you to warn you or provide you with a key after hours. We learned that the hard way. No microwave in the room. Not really a big deal because the lobby was so close and the breakfast bar had a microwave that was available while the office was open. Overall, it was a very nice pleasant stay and I would recommend.

Overall an above average place to stay BUT it should be known that this is not a traditional hotel with an indoor hallway to rooms. This is a motel setup where doors open to the outside. Overall an above average place to stay BUT it should be known that this is not a traditional hotel with an indoor hallway to rooms. This is a motel setup where doors open to the outside. The location is conveniently located near the shuttle stop and the continental breakfast was good. However the towels are old and thin and the bars of soap were the thinnest I’ve ever seen.

A rather basic hotel, which seems like it was lost somewhere in the 1990s and has not seen much maintenance or updates since then. For some reason, all the light bulbs were very low wattage, so even with all the lights turned on, it was still dark and rather gloomy in the room. The bed mattress w… lisää

A rather basic hotel, which seems like it was lost somewhere in the 1990s and has not seen much maintenance or updates since then. For some reason, all the light bulbs were very low wattage, so even with all the lights turned on, it was still dark and rather gloomy in the room. The bed mattress was also one of the worst we had in the US, being very soft and you could roll off if too close to the edge. A bit of maintenance, a new coat of paint and a few other things could make a significant improvement to the perception of the hotel rooms. Outlook: Second-floor room with a window view out over the common parking area. Decor: Rather dated, but somewhat functional. Desk & electrical sockets: Desk with accessible power socket, no USB charging ports. In-room safe: No Breakfast: Very basic American-style buffet with limited choices of cereal, waffles or muffins, yoghurt, and brewed coffee – that's all folks.
