“Very friendly and helpful staff! Quiet and clean room with an excellent location.”
Great experience! Hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious. We got 4pm checkout as Globalists and free breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet.

“Frustrating hidden fees”
I hate the deposit system. Should be charged for the room. All amenities should be included in price. Charging double what the room costs to nickle and dime the guests for water, coffee etc is annoying. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received this money back. “Front desk refused to split the bill on two cards. All elevators were out for a hour. Clean hotel with good breakfast.”
The stay was as expected. The rooms were clean. I enjoyed having Chromecast. Front desk refused to split the bill into two credit cards at checkout, even though I was told at check in that it was possible. I have never been told that at any hotel.
