“Great Hotel Close to Keystone and Breckenridge”

Loved this place... Skied at Keystone (No Lines BTW), which is a 7 minute Drive from the hotel. We went to Brekenridge to Eat and Shop-20 Minute. Drive. The Roof Top Bar was great and even has an outside area with the Garage doors for the summer months and a great view of the mountains and lake. Free Breakfast in the am from 6-10am. Coffee all day. Mini Shop to buy some food, drinks. Gym is very nice. Indoor Pool. Outside Jacuzzi. The Hotel is about 4 years old and is very New Looking. Outside Parking and Indoor, Heated, Parking under the hotel. The Workers were very helpful and always smiling. I will be back for sure!

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and while I’ve had positive experiences in the past, I was disappointed with my most recent stay. The room we were given had issues with the stove—one burner would not turn on at all, and the other had a broken handle, making it difficult and unsafe to use. As someone who has chosen this hotel multiple times, I expected better maintenance and attention to detail, especially when it comes to basic amenities like the kitchen appliances. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that rooms are properly inspected before guests arrive.

“Surprise! Parking charge on final bill.”

When I received my final bill I noticed that there was a charge for parking. I checked in online and was never told by a hotel employee about the parking charge. The hotel employee basically told me tough luck, you should have checked in at the front desk and they would have communicated that with you. Also, as a Hilton Honors silver member, we should have received free bottled water in our room, as we did the previous night in Trinidad, Colorado, but did not. The 1 bedroom suite was ok, definitely not worth $300/night.
