“Centrally located for both the University and Downtown”
Probably the largest hotel in Fort Collins with 9 floors. Has the typical 1980s architecture of a rooms arranged around a central atrium. Our room was spacious with nice views on the 8th floor. “Short business trip to Ft. Collins”
Just finished up a business trip in Ft. Collin’s and had a great stay at the Hilton Hotel. The property is near my clients and is consistently a great place to stay. No issues at all. Very friendly staff.

“Be Prepared To Pay For Parking”
The hotel facilities were wonderful and it is definitely a good hotel. However, I couldn’t get over the fact that I felt they were ‘nickel and diming’ me by charging for parking, even with hundreds of available spaces. Also, water bottles in the room were $3 each… that’s crazy. I probably won’t … lisää

“Still a go-to but it’s time to renovate the bathrooms”
As far as location goes, this is our go-to when visiting our daughter at CSU. The parking is so nice and easy and feels safe when we have a carload of her stuff on moving days.
