It’s difficult for a Holiday Inn to earn 5 stars in my world. After all, it’s a Holiday Inn Express. That said, these guys have earned a premier rating. I’ll mention two employees that I interacted with in my three night stay who are exceptional: Ethan and Robert. Both were over-the-top courteous and eager to make our stay pleasant. The facilities are typical HIE—though well kept and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Over the course of 10 days, we stayed here 3 different times. Every time we were there, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were what one would expect, and could use a little updating. Over the course of 10 days, we stayed here 3 different times. Every time we were there, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were what one would expect, and could use a little updating. Breakfast was fine the first two stays, but the last one, over the 4th of July weekend, was lacking in some of the food offerings. It is close to a lot of restaurants and stores, the reservoir and the downtown area. It is not on the interstate, you need to go in about 4-5 miles on E Harmony.
