I’ve stayed at Glenwood Springs Cedar Lodge twice now, and both times have been great experiences. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub, and steam room are all well-maintained and a nice bonus after a day of exploring. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is excellent, and the whole place stays quiet and relaxing. For the price, it’s a solid value in the area, and I’ll definitely continue staying here when I’m back in Glenwood Springs.

If you want cheap and clean, this motel will work for you. We secured the one bedroom unit which was good for our family of four. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. If you want cheap and clean, this motel will work for you. We secured the one bedroom unit which was good for our family of four. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. However, coffee machine was broken; both air conditioning units were very noisy so the choice was either the noise of main street right out window or the AC units; pillows were tiny squares and flat making for restless night for all of us. Will not return.

“Spoken political views = meh”

First, the good things. The room was perfectly fine. There's plenty of parking. It's maybe a mile from the downtown area. First, the good things. The room was perfectly fine. There's plenty of parking. It's maybe a mile from the downtown area. It's got both an indoor and outdoor pool, and the landscaping is beautiful this time of year. The continental breakfast was pretty typical, that is, not at all impressive. What soured things for me was the heavy-set, white goatee, man-bun wearing guy who was host in the breakfast room. Not that I saw him ever work, except to say hi to some of the guests but not all of them. (Another gentleman was working there as well, actually working, stocking food items, helping people use the various toasters, juice dispensers, etc.) For most of the time I was there, the man-bun guy was talking politics with another guest. Any hospitality worker should know that they should never talk politics, especially in these polarized times. You are bound to upset half of your guests.
