“Great experience in Limon”

Very clean, Jeremy was super friendly and helpful, I couldn’t find the location so I called and he guided me in. Will stay again when in the area. Pillows are fluffy, a/c and heat both work great. I was comfortable the entire stay. Plenty of parking.

This was a one night stop on our road trip. Staff greeting us were very friendly. There is no elevator but they offered to carry our heavy things upstairs for us! We enjoyed their large indoor pool and found the beds very comfortable. This is a budget hotel and while there were some updates needed—like new baseboards in the bathroom where water has damaged them, everything was clean and again staff available and happy to help. Breakfast was as expected, with waffles and some other hot options. Ample food and other friendly travelers.

“Good place to stopover”

This was a stopover on the way to Kansas for which it is ideally located. It is exactly what you would expect for this type of hotel. The room was basic but enough and everything worked. One thing though, there was some noise from the I-70 road so best ask for a room on the other side from that.… lisää

One thing though, there was some noise from the I-70 road so best ask for a room on the other side from that. Again breakfast was good enough for me. They have the self service waffle machine that is common in this type of hotel. I would be happy to stay again if I was passing through.

“Not bad - could be better”

We chose this hotel for the RV parking. They have a dead end service road right next to the hotel and we easily parked our pick up truck with the 5th wheel. We felt safe leaving it there. We chose this hotel for the RV parking. They have a dead end service road right next to the hotel and we easily parked our pick up truck with the 5th wheel. We felt safe leaving it there. (The staff was nice enough to give us a room facing where we parked so we could keep an eye on it.) The room was clean, except for the rug. It is a bit of an older rug and it really needs a good cleaning, along with the fabric on the chairs in the room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast seemed OK. It is the normal hotel breakfast: Scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, waffles you can make, bananas, yogurt, bread and bagels. This is what I see at many other hotels. It's not restaurant quality, but you can get enough to eat. The coffee was weak. (We walked to the McDonalds across the parking lot for some good coffee.) It is EXTREMELY easy to get to from the interstate. That is huge - easy off and easy to get back on. They have an absolutely awesome ice machine. This hotel was once a very nice hotel. Sadly, the owners seem to be letting some maintenance issue slide. The carpet was pulled away from a wall, next to the air conditioner, the wall was crumbling - needed fixing, the shower caulk was not scraped away and replaced - there was just new caulk spread on the old caulk. It looked messy. Our socks were FILTHY after walking on the carpet, I would NEVER have gone barefoot. I would love to see a little bit of money put back into the hotel to make it a nice place. I always feel a little icky when staying at a place like this. It's an uncomfortable feeling, not like when I stay in a hotel that is clean and maintained. The price was very good, it was very inexpensive for actually what you get with this hotel. If I had to, I would stay again, because we would need the RV parking. If we had not been towing our 5th wheel, we would find another hotel.
