Really love this establishment they treat you very good respectful the staff is really A1 staff Sarah and Mike and Kim part of management are really nice and good people very friendly and help you with any of your needs they make you feel like you're at home there's nothing worse than staying somewhere where the staff won't talk to you it's not like that here these people make you feel wanted and appreciated I've been staying here off and on for the last 3 years I really have no complaints I really like this establishment and look suggest to anybody that this is where you want to stay if you're on the road with your company or business breakfast is good as well the courtyard is very lovely and beautiful like I said I would refer this place to my friends and family it's really a nice establishment thanks for the hospitality Sarah Mike and Kim you guys know how to run a business the right way

“Knocked it put of the park”

Comfy quaint and really nice place. Room was beautiful and clean, building is under Reno but still nice and quiet. Halls smelled pleasant. They have a little “grocery” area, a nice breakfast so far and the employees are amazing. Will come back

We love this hotel, the location is perfect for our family. My sister and I go every year to visit. We always get the 2 bedroom suite with the little sitting room/kitchen. My only complaint this time was the living room was very smelly. The cloth sofa and pillows just reeked. This would be an easy … lisää

We love this hotel, the location is perfect for our family. My sister and I go every year to visit. We always get the 2 bedroom suite with the little sitting room/kitchen. My only complaint this time was the living room was very smelly. The cloth sofa and pillows just reeked. This would be an easy fix for staff. We finally had to buy Febreeze and use it. The bedrooms were fine, no problem. Also this room accommodates 6 people, but there is only seating for 2 people in the living area. At least one or two comfortable chairs would be welcome. Breakfast and staff are always great. Very accommodating!

We stayed here for three days and for the most part, our suite was a comfortable, and cozy. It was evident that they had made some upgrades and we really enjoyed having a kitchenette, a large screen TV we were pleased that we could hook up our laptop so that we could watch our recorded shows and movies.. However, the appliances in the kitchen were pretty dated. They could definitely use a new refrigerator and dishwasher at least. Also, since we were going to be there three days, I was disappointed that they only gave us two place settings, two sets of glasses and two sets of silverware. Not only that but the spoons in the silverware drawer were dirty, and I had to take them out and rewash them. We were able to pretty well regulate the heating and cooling in the room and the bed was comfortable in the living area. had a decent couch . We also had ample outlets for all our devices. The Chargers for the five dollars Breakfast was pretty good however they cut it off too early. Breakfast hours were from 6:30 to 8:30 on the weekends over at 9:00. We have been on a 43 Day Rd. trip through Canada and western USA and we have found that most Hotels have breakfast available at least until nine or 930, and on the weekends till 10. The staff was friendly and helpful, and accommodating. Parking was also five dollars per night which surprised me. I would think that the cost of the hotel it should’ve been included. Check in and check out were fast and convenient.
