The hotel itself was lovely: clean, modern & comfortable. What made the stay 5-star quality, however, was the phenomenal staff. Our car had broken down, and we ended up staying 3 nights here, and the entire staff was so kind & supportive, so accommodating & sweet. Mary, the breakfast lady, was an absolute angel, as were the housekeeping staff, the office folks, and even the manager who granted us a few favors (extra ice was so nice). They made us feel so at home, more than mitigating the stress of a bad car trip. We are so thankful for the kindness of these strangers-no-more. The world is still a sweet place when these folks inhabit it. Perhaps it was all the lovely Latinos who emanate such kindness despite the world showing them otherwise.

After booking through a Tripadvisor third party we found out our Confirmation was never made with this hotel. After booking through a Tripadvisor third party we found out our Confirmation was never made with this hotel. General Manager Dan Groene assured us that was not a problem and it would be honored and at a considerably lower price. Thank You Dan. Our room was very clean and well lit with plenty of outlets for everything. The best breakfast we have had in a long time, good menu and constantly refilled. One more thing, the Manager, Dan Groene, ever took care of our refund from the third party book agency almost before we got settled in our room.

staff was helpful, room was clean, beds hard and the bedframes squalled when you went to get in. but the room was spacious, largest we had on our 12 day trip. black out curtains, you couldn't tell if it was noon or midnight. best breakfast and cleanest breakfast room we had seen. PLUS they had ice tea and soda in the breakfast area. They only one I had seen with this, LOVED it. cant drink juice and don't like hot liquids so this was a highlight to me. its the small things in life , will stay again in the future.
