Smooth check-in, clean rooms, easy parking and great hot breakfast! Staff were friendly and pleasant as well as competent. Would highly recommend this to individuals and or couples or families. Great location right off the highway. Lots to do in the area.

We had our wedding this past October in Middletown CT and we chose this hotel for our hotel block for our friends and family. We were so blown away by how nice the staff treated us and all of our guests. Every worker seems to really care and made our weekend so enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The first thing I noticed when walking the halls was how nice it smelled. The beds were comfortable and it was an amazing stay. I worked specifically with Katie for my wedding block and she was amazing. She was very organized and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s definitely a gem.

We arrived after a flight from Minnesota to Connecticut and a full day of walking around Hartford. This place was home away from home. The hotel was an easy ride from downtown Hartford. We arrived after a flight from Minnesota to Connecticut and a full day of walking around Hartford. This place was home away from home. The hotel was an easy ride from downtown Hartford. We arrived and the front desk attendant was very pleasant and provided several suggestions locally for dinner. Our room was very spacious with a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable while the pillows provided the right comfort for a good night sleep. We were at the later part of the breakfast crowd, but found the morning variety fresh and appealing to our traveling party. While we did experience a cooler shower the first morning, the shower on Sunday was steaming hot. Great shower heads and pressure by the way. I personally enjoyed the storage space in the bathroom cabinet area as well as the closet next to the shower. We enjoyed our two day stay, and found the cleaning and maintenance to be in line or better for hotel such as this one. There was very little road noise and although we were close to the elevator, there was little to no noise from the elevator. It appears that the staff and management take pride in this hotel. I would recommend staying here in your next visit to the Hartford area.

Definitely a budget hotel and considering it has been "redone" not very impressive, Great staff and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Definitely a budget hotel and considering it has been "redone" not very impressive, Great staff and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. I also appreciated that the bottles in the shower are printed with a large font so that I have no difficulty reading them. (No one wears glasses in the shower!) On the downside, our bed was broken so it sounded like a mild canon whenever I got out. There was makeup on the bathroom wall sconces. The kitchen was nice as was the sitting area Surface clean but not deep cleaned. Since we were expecting a snow storm we took advantage of the kitchen and brought in some food for our meals. Did not try the breakfast offered by the hotel and there isn't a restaurant on site, You will want a car and parking is free, There are stip malls nearby with restaurants, Starbucks, and some shopping.
