“Quaint laid back inn. Very quiet location”
The Waters’Edge is a nice laid back bed and breakfast. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. Folly Beach is also a nice laid back beach town. So the Inn is a perfect fit. “An absolutely perfect paradise”

“5 star all around!”
This is BY FAR one of the most amazing Inn's we have ever stayed at. The attention to details was impeccable and the staff was super attentive to our needs and desires. “Anniversary Getaway”
We celebrated our anniversary at this wonderful Inn, where the accommodations were lovely, view beautiful, and people so friendly and helpful. It was a perfect choice. And they even helped us celebrate by leaving a bottle of champagne for us.

“Would stay here again”
