“Not what I expected but glad I stayed here...”

“Aloft Downtown Greenville”
The Aloft location is excellent for exploring downtown Greenville. It is close to Main Street. It has a great vibe. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the bar, lounge and balcony area since we were busy exploring down town.

“Great customer service!”
Probably one of the friendliest staff members I have met in hotel service in a long while. I travel a lot for work and I’ve never felt more cared about than the crew that was working this past weekend. The only improvement would be better lit bathrooms. “Hotel for Dog Owners”
The location, right downtown is great for the walking city that Greenville is! The staff are professional and super pleasant. Here’s what we didn’t know: Aloft enthusiastically welcomes dogs. “Just OK”
The room was small, as expected. It was generally clean but the charge port device on the desk was filthy and sticky (see photo). Breakfast was included in the rate but selections were very limited - much less than the free hotel breakfasts I am accustomed to. Internet service was a bit of a ch… lisää
