This hotel was a great choice. The rate was reasonable and it was only 5-7 minutes from our destination. Our room was comfortable and we were very satisfied with our stay. There were a few minor things that I or the young family members that traveled with me noticed that could be improved but would not keep us from staying here again: 1) the bathrooms have no fan, so there’s no relief from the steam that builds when you shower 2) shower has shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall; it’d be easy to add a body wash one as well… as an alternative to the traditional bar soap… also, it would be nice to make a “foot rest” in shower. I’m seeing a lot of hotels lately that have a little metal bar in a corner that gives you a place to rest foot for shaving. A one night stay- it may not matter as much. But most women would appreciate that if staying for a few days. 3) there weren’t really any “kid friendly” cereal options at breakfast. The dispensers looked like they had 2 filled with same type and one different. Our kiddos were hoping for a Cheerios or fruit loops or captain crunch… 4) the beds are comfortable but they are NOISY; every movement causes creaking which isn’t as restful As I said, these things are minor and we would stay here again despite these. These were just minor inconveniences that could be looked into.

“Excellent management/friendly staff”

My sister booked a few days at the hotel a few months ago, and she was very happy with the room, and staff. This is a smaller hotel, but very close to Greenville, SC if you are planning to visit there, as well as downtown Greer. I recently booked a few days here to come up from Alabama to visit family. Except, once I arrived in Greer (a few days early), I ended up at a local hospital with pneumonia! Unfortunately, I had to try and cancel my dates at the hotel. I called (Expedia booked for me) and the agent contacted Tony at theComfort Inn. Tony was kind enough to cancel my dates and did not charge me any additional fees.. What a relief, it was to know that there are still people that care for their customers, and show such kindness. I will definitely rebook my trip at this Comfort Inn, and hope to meet this gentleman to thank him in person. Sincerely, J.Saichek. (May 4, 2022)

“A comfortable, clean hotel”

Friendly staff - front desk, housekeeping, and dining room; clean room; comfortable bed; good Internet connection; and easy parking. The place is surrounded by many eating places. Friendly staff - front desk, housekeeping, and dining room; clean room; comfortable bed; good Internet connection; and easy parking. The place is surrounded by many eating places. Convenient to get to. I stayed there three nights and it worked out very well. The breakfast items had all the usual items. I wish they had more variety of cold cereal and fruit (in addition to apples). The breakfast room was pleasant.

“Out the way but a great stay”

A little out the way and can be hard getting in and out of due to Wade Hampton traffic but a great hotel. From check in to check out, we had no issues. The room was great. Close to gas station and plenty of restaurants within walking distant. Pool was nice. We were the only 2 in it the whole time. … lisää

A little out the way and can be hard getting in and out of due to Wade Hampton traffic but a great hotel. From check in to check out, we had no issues. The room was great. Close to gas station and plenty of restaurants within walking distant. Pool was nice. We were the only 2 in it the whole time. Got to give a shout out to Margaret, Dalton and Kayla at the desk for all their help. Wish every hotel had folks like them. Will definitely be back if in the area again.
