We stayed two nights in Room 102, which was handicapped-accessible with a roll-in shower. The room was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. My only issue/quibble was the evening that we asked for a wake-up call the next morning. The lady at the front desk said that the hotel didn't provide that. How hard can it be to have an automated wake-up call service?

The Front desk Associate was excellent, Mya, very friendly and when we asked about dinner, she suggested Texas Roadhouse and gave us a 20% discount card. The Front desk Associate was excellent, Mya, very friendly and when we asked about dinner, she suggested Texas Roadhouse and gave us a 20% discount card. Our room is clean, we are here now, she saw my husband was using a cane and gave us a handicap room, the shower is great. However the room amenities were lacking. We are low on toilet paper and the Kleenex box had three Kleenex. Our Tv was set on Spanish, we had trouble getting it to English. My husband went to Mya and she provided the toilet paper and Kleenex. We look forward to a hot breakfast. We are Marriott Bonvoy members so we got our points, as well as senior discount. Mya also accommodated our first floor request. We would stay again.

Check-in should make you feel welcome - this seems like a no-brainer to me - and that objective can be achieved with precious little employee effort. Check-in should make you feel welcome - this seems like a no-brainer to me - and that objective can be achieved with precious little employee effort. Tonight, all the warmth and graciousness at check-in came from my side of the counter. Oh well. 🏢 The hallways felt a bit small and somewhat dated, but were clean. Upon opening the door to my room I became aware of a musty, damp smell. And when turned on, one of the bedside lamps flashed on-off-on-off-on-off in a way only a disco aficionado could appreciate. 🏢 Otherwise the room was adequate, and I slept well. 🏢 The hotel was conveniently located and felt safe.
