We booked a Hilton specifically because we wanted a certain class of hotel to enjoy our stay. We should have turned around and ran away upon entering. We booked a Hilton specifically because we wanted a certain class of hotel to enjoy our stay. We should have turned around and ran away upon entering. Lots of pressure under portico when you pull up to unload. Pressure to use valet service at $25 /day plus tip. If you declined they were shooing you out as soon as cart was loaded. You then have to self park almost 2 blocks away in deck. First 2 1/2 floors were reserved for valet. Most spaces were empty. Last night I had to park all the way at the top with no roof coverage. It boiled all day. You will get an annoying time share person right after check in wanting you to sign up. We made our way to the 14th floor room and were bummed. A single sink vanity in bathroom, no water pressure at all, and handle didn’t work. Bedroom was blank, no artwork or color on bed. Just layers of sheets for warmth. True size of room was great. Nice kitchen and sitting area. We come back from being out most of the day and the room had not been serviced at all. We were told the we left our do not disturb sign was out too long to be serviced. It was removed about 10:30- and had asked front desk to get it done. No one lifted a finger. We had to ask more than once for new towels and toilet paper to make it through the night. Very upsetting with the money we paid to stay that was so subpar. I would not be able to recommend this hotel. They truly don’t care about their clients. They just want the money. Forget about asking for 11 check out instead of 10, it cost $85 for that hour. Not one single employee ever asked to help us with anything. Such a disappointment.

“Overall good experience”

Overall our hotel stay was pretty decent, the hotel is in a great location not far from shopping/ food. The room could use a little upgrade/ cleaner & the elevators could be better several times we had to take the steps to the 9th floor because they took so long to come. We did have a one in a life… lisää

Overall our hotel stay was pretty decent, the hotel is in a great location not far from shopping/ food. The room could use a little upgrade/ cleaner & the elevators could be better several times we had to take the steps to the 9th floor because they took so long to come. We did have a one in a life time incident where a member of our party phone fell in the elevator shaft & the front desk rep (Jordan) & engineer (Wesley W.) surprisingly went right into action to retrieve the device which was greatly appreciated.

“Could be nice if you stay on the North side.”

Comfortable spacious rooms BUT I don't advise staying anywhere on the South side of the building as there is a dance club directly beside the building that pumps very loud music until 2am. Forget sleeping.
