This was my 3rd time back to Charleston on business within a 8 week period. First 2 times stayed at a competitor. When asked about traveling again I said I refuse UNLESS I stayed at a different place. Enter the Home2 Suites. There is NO comparison!! From the moment I entered the Home2 Suites off West Montague - I was HOOKED. It’s literally perfect. Smells good. Feels good. IS good. Actually it’s great. Staff attentive & listens. Coffee bar ALL DAY ! The first place didn’t even offer coffee. Tom and the entire team at Home2 Suites off West Montague in North Charleston has a guest for life. Thank you for making me feel at home.

“Convention prep overflow hotel”

This was by far the BEST hotel experience I have had in the USA in YEARS. The STAFF was PHENOMENAL! The front desk crew-Tanya, Ricardo and Mattie (trainee) attended to EVERY question with a smile. This was by far the BEST hotel experience I have had in the USA in YEARS. The STAFF was PHENOMENAL! The front desk crew-Tanya, Ricardo and Mattie (trainee) attended to EVERY question with a smile. The breakfast crew (2 ladies) were proficient in keeping everything stocked. OB and other crew members (cooks, maintenance, and cleaning crew) worked as a solid tram and seemed HAPPY to be around each other. There was a true WARMTH and charm to the ENTIRE staff. Joe (sales manager) was very polite and professional while greeting us coming in/out or giving a hand at the front desk to handle the influx of a crowd. The rooms were clean and perfectly warm in this cold snap we Alabamians were not ready for. The hotel was prestine (the room, the grounds, the gym, lobby). Hotel is across the street from the convention center, great dining choices and close to Tanger outlet mall. Just enough noise to know there was life in the building but surprisingly quiet considering the crowd. The price was worth the experience. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! A big thank you to this crew!

“Lovely folks”

Tanya went above and beyond for me, helped me immensely, the whole staff is very kind and accommodating. My room was great, and there’s a Peloton in the gym! So good!

“Beware they charge $10 a day for parking in their lot”

Stayed her one night after an international flight. Nice hotel , clean, good breakfast included, however the hotel shuttle ( shared with Holiday INN) never came to the airport , even though I called them. Had to take a $20 taxi which I gave to the hotel and they were going to give my receipt to the… lisää

Nice hotel , clean, good breakfast included, however the hotel shuttle ( shared with Holiday INN) never came to the airport , even though I called them. Had to take a $20 taxi which I gave to the hotel and they were going to give my receipt to the manager, let see if they reimbursement me. TV in the room did not work. I did not have a car, but beware they charge $10. Day for parking, which is a rip off. Also the Hampton INN next door also charges for parking. The parking is nothing special. This is the first time I see Hilton charging for parking..NO GOOD
