“Loved it”

Kristin Sheridan was beyond awesome!! She walked us through every step of the way and made us feel like we were at home!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and the hospitality alone from Kristin was definitely appreciated!!! Can’t wait to come back this way again!!

“Rough on the outside, but cozy on the inside”

This is located in a rough industrial area, just off Veteran's Parkway. It's not easy to get to, either, with a confusing traffic circle to navigate. This is located in a rough industrial area, just off Veteran's Parkway. It's not easy to get to, either, with a confusing traffic circle to navigate. That said, the location does make it convenient for accessing GSP Airport (about 20 miles straight down the freeway). The exterior looks like some kind of 1960s concrete box with windows, and the parking lot needs a good repaving. But it all changes when you walk through the doors. For one, the receptionist was really welcoming and friendly. Got me a nice room quickly. As for the room, it was good sized with a fairly unique and funky decor. It was far from the standard Holiday Inn template, and that was most welcoming. There were quirky decorations on the credenza, behind the bed on the walls, and even on the bag stand. These were sprinkled with homey photos on the wall for a more personal touch. It was co-ordinated, like somebody put some actual thought into the room style. I loved it. If you can put aside the neighbourhood, this is a nice place to spend a night if you're transiting Spartanburg.

“Wonderful”

Wonderful!! Everything from check-in to check-out was stellar. Breakfast is optional and an additional charge, but we were given the option at check-in to purchase vouchers or pay if we decided to have breakfast—affordable pricing.

“It’s Okay for a Night”

Okay for a night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The hotel lobby is nice and clean, giving a great first impression, but then you get to the hallways and begin to have second thoughts, they are in pretty rough shape, thankfully when you open the door to the room you are met with a fully renov… lisää

Okay for a night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The hotel lobby is nice and clean, giving a great first impression, but then you get to the hallways and begin to have second thoughts, they are in pretty rough shape, thankfully when you open the door to the room you are met with a fully renovated and clean room. The bed was comfortable but you do have a bit of highway noise. The location of the hotel is not the best, it’s in a seemingly rundown part of town. The bar and restaurant is supposed to stay open until 10 but as I found out, after a long drive, they sometimes close more than an hour early just because they want to so do not count on being able to grab a quick bite or beer after a long drive. There are better hotel options just up the street but you can’t beat the price, under $100 a night for a clean and comfortable room.
