We stayed over a weekend for work but brought our whole family - great hotel. Rooms were nice and updated. We stayed in a king studio and very nice, spacious, and bathroom was large (big enough to fit a pack n play for my fellow families traveling with kids.) Pool was great for the kids and the staff were very accommodating! Will stay here again.

“Clean hotel”

This was a very clean hotel. Service and checkin were great. The walls and floor seem very thin and could hear those above us and noise from the hallway. All the rooms were sold the weekend we stayed but the place seemed pretty empty and I suspect they don’t have staff to service all the rooms. … lisää

This was a very clean hotel. Service and checkin were great. The walls and floor seem very thin and could hear those above us and noise from the hallway. All the rooms were sold the weekend we stayed but the place seemed pretty empty and I suspect they don’t have staff to service all the rooms. It seems Marriott has replaced individual bottles of shampoo etc with refillable bottles in the shower. While I applaud the effort at sustainability, the bottles can be opened by anyone and anything placed inside. Totally not cool with me.

“Good Hotel But Not Aberdeen's Finest”

We enjoyed the TownePlace but it would not be our first choice. The hotel lobby is fine. We found the building floor carpets to be a bit old and soiled which was a disappointment. We enjoyed the TownePlace but it would not be our first choice. The hotel lobby is fine. We found the building floor carpets to be a bit old and soiled which was a disappointment. The service staff was very helpful and friendly. They failed to clean our room on the second day for some reason, but that happens from time to time. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fine but not as appetizing as the Hampton Inn. We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn in town and two nights here. We preferred the Hampton for about the same price. Do not get me wrong, this hotel is just fine, but there are better options.
